| National Train Day with PLED |
How was your National Train Day? Mine was fantastic! I started the day off early and watched some Amrak trains go by on the Springfield Line. The highlight came when I arrived at Plainville Yard and observed MEC 352 switching cars for its run to East Deerfield. From there, I followed PLED to three other locations. I also threw in a shot of Amtrak's Vermonter heading southbound at Newington. I forgot to include it in "Extra Amtrak Footage." This is National Train Day, so why not throw it in? Once PLED sprinted off toward Hartford I decided to head home and work on my model railroad. I also plan on catching up with some new train videos I bought from Pentrex. I hope you enjoyed National Train Day...I did! |
